Thirty years writing the ads. Now I teach the method.

Copywriting for Recruiters is run by one person – me, Mitch Sullivan. No content team, no franchised trainers. Just the method I worked out the hard way, taught the way I’d want it taught.

I kept watching good jobs get advertised badly.

For thirty years I filled jobs and wrote recruitment advertising for a living. I worked on jobs nobody wanted to apply for and I wrote ads that fixed that.

The writing was rarely the problem. The brief was. Most job ads fail before a word is written, because nobody asked the hiring manager the right questions. Get that wrong and no amount of clever copy saves it.

So the training isn’t a bag of tricks. It was fully road-tested for 5 years when I took it all over the UK and it’s a repeatable method – how to take a brief, what to write, how to write it – and why some lines make an employed person curious while others get ignored.

Built for recruiters. Not borrowed from somewhere else.

There’s no shortage of copywriting training but almost none of it is built for recruitment. Recruitment is a different problem: you’re writing to people who already have a job and weren’t actively looking for another.

This is the only online training made specifically for that. Over 2,000 recruiters have been through it and the method has had a lot of contact with reality.

It isn’t the most comprehensive copywriting course in the world – but it is the only proper one built for recruitment advertising.
